Digital products, courses, downloadable materials, templates, PDFs, guides, workbooks, and instant-access resources are generally non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Astrology readings may be refundable only if canceled within the timeframe stated in the Refund Policy and before the service has been delivered.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page or checkout page, reading refunds must be requested within 3 calendar days of purchase and before the reading has taken place or been delivered.

9. Astrology Reading Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
When you book a 1:1 astrology reading, you are responsible for providing accurate birth information, completing any required intake forms, and attending your scheduled session on time.
If you need to reschedule, you must request to do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session unless otherwise stated on the booking page or confirmation email.
Late cancellation, failure to attend, or failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
If you arrive late to a live session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances outside of our control. In that case, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a new session time.
10. Digital Product, Course, and Download Access
When you purchase a digital product, course, guide, PDF, workbook, template, or other downloadable material, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
