Refund Policy for Virtual Astrology Readings

1. Eligibility for Refund
 You may request a full refund of your purchase if you contact us within three (3) calendar days of your purchase date, provided that: You have not yet received the reading in full (i.e., the session has not been completed and delivered), and you notify us in writing (via email toameliejoyy@gmail.com) requesting the refund.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to ameliejoyy@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Astrology Reading” and include:

Your name
The date of purchase
Order/invoice number
A brief statement that you are requesting a refund within the 3-day period


3. Timing of Refund
Once your refund request is approved (meeting the Eligibility criteria above), we will process the refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. After the 3-Day Window
If more than three calendar days have passed since the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund under this policy. In that case, alternate arrangements (such as a credit toward another service) may be considered at our discretion.

5. Service Commencement & Waiver
If you access, download, attend or otherwise receive the virtual astrology reading in full (including any delivered recording, document, or session) prior to requesting a refund, you acknowledge you have received the service and therefore waive the right to request a refund under this policy.

6. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective for purchases made on or after the date of the updated policy. The version of the policy in place at the time of purchase will govern your transaction.
