Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to astrology readings, online courses, digital guides, and other digital products purchased from Amelie’s Advice. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the refund terms below.
1. Astrology Readings
You may request a full refund for an astrology reading within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:
The reading, session, recording, report, presentation, or other personalized material has not been completed or delivered in full; and
You submit your refund request in writing within the three-day period.
Once a live session has taken place or a personalized recording, PDF, presentation, report, or other reading material has been delivered, the reading is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Online Courses
You may request a full refund for an online course within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:
You have not completed or accessed more than one course lesson;
You have not downloaded any included workbooks, templates, guides, recordings, or other course materials;
You have not attended or received a private session, personalized review, live call, or other course bonus; and
You submit your request in writing within the three-day period.
Because immediate access to proprietary educational content is provided upon enrollment, course purchases are nonrefundable once more than one lesson has been accessed, course materials have been downloaded, or an included live or personalized service has been used.
Failure to log in, participate, complete the course, attend available calls, or use the materials does not extend the refund period or create eligibility for a refund after the three-day window.
3. Digital Guides and the 7-Day Astro Blueprint
All standalone digital guides, including the **7-Day Astro Blueprint**, are final sale and nonrefundable once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, opened, or downloaded.
Because these products contain immediately accessible digital and intellectual property that cannot be returned after delivery, refunds will not be issued because a customer:
* Changes their mind;
* Does not use or complete the guide;
* Purchases the wrong guide;
* Is dissatisfied with the interpretation or recommendations;
* Expected information beyond what was described on the sales page; or
* Experiences incompatibility caused by their own device, software, or internet connection.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
A refund or replacement may be considered when:
* You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product;
* You did not receive access because of a verified technical or delivery error on our end; or
* The file provided is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of purchase regarding a duplicate charge, missing delivery, or defective file.
4. Bundles and Purchases Containing Multiple Products
When a purchase includes a bundle of readings, courses, guides, bonuses, or other products, accessing or downloading any included digital guide, course material, bonus, or personalized deliverable may make the entire bundle ineligible for a refund.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page, partial refunds will not be provided for individual items within a bundle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, email ameliejoyy@gmail.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Name of Product or Service]
Please include:
* Your full name;
* The email address used to make the purchase;
* The date of purchase;
* Your order or invoice number;
* The name of the product or service purchased; and
* A brief statement explaining your refund request.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Any original payment-processing fees or other nonrefundable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and by the applicable payment processor.
7. Requests Outside the Refund Period
Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period will not be eligible for a full refund.
At our sole discretion, we may offer an alternative resolution, such as a credit toward another eligible product or service. Offering a credit or other accommodation in one situation does not require us to provide the same accommodation in future situations.
8. Digital Access and Intellectual Property
All course lessons, recordings, guides, PDFs, workbooks, templates, presentations, reports, and other materials provided by Amelie’s Advice are protected intellectual property.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use the material for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, publish, upload, teach from, commercially exploit, or use the materials to train artificial-intelligence systems, language models, software, databases, or competing products or services.
Requesting or receiving a refund does not grant permission to retain, share, reproduce, or continue using any materials that were previously accessed or delivered. We may revoke access to refunded products immediately.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed for a product or service that was properly delivered may be challenged using relevant transaction records, login or access records, delivery confirmations, correspondence, and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Exceptions Required by Law
This policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to purchases made on or after the updated policy’s effective date.
The version of the Refund Policy displayed or provided at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
